Prince Adegoke, a 2019 Golden Eaglets invitee, has officially finalized his transfer from Chelsea to EFL League One team Charlton Athletic, can exclusively reveal.

The promising goalie will likely sign a one-year deal with the Addicks, with the possibility of an extension.


Although Adegoke signed the agreement last week, his mother and father were there for the formal signing ceremony on Thursday.




After versatile left-back Tayo Edun, who Charlton Athletic acquired from Blackburn Rovers during the summer transfer window, the Cobham product is the second player of Nigerian descent to be recruited by the club.
