Transfer insider Dean Jones has confirmed to Sports Lens that Fulham are one of three teams interested in acquiring Luton Town defender Gabriel Osho.

Aston Villa and Crystal Palace are also believed to be interested in signing Osho this summer.

Osho’s contract is set to expire this summer, and the 25-year-old may want to move on.

The Wasserman agency represents Osho, as well as Fulham’s Luc De Fougerolles and Antonee Robinson.The former Reading player has two goals in 13 Premier League appearances this season and has played an important role in the Hatters’ fight against relegation.

Osho, described as a ‘great human being’ and a’really hard worker’ by Luton manager Rob Edwards, has showed potential in his debut Premier League season, and Fulham are now interested.Osho is from Reading and began his career with the Royals, however he only made ten first-team appearances.

Following loan stints at Maidenhead United, Aldershot Town, Bristol Rovers, and Yeovil Town, Osho declined a new contract and left Reading in 2020.

Luton signed Osho after he played as a trialist for Salford City and loaned him back to Yeovil before joining Rochdale in 2021.

Osho continued his career at Luton, appearing in 26 league games last season and helping them win promotion to the Premier League.

Osho, who is currently playing in the Premier League, might join Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi in the Nigeria team if he qualifies for the Super Eagles.

Fulham might benefit from Osho’s free transfer and versatility to play as a right back, making him a potential bargain for the summer window.
